About Client

The Insurance company is one of the major insurers in India. Currently, they have many organisational set-ups including the Head Office, Regional Offices and Branches. They cater to the insurance needs of its customers by providing various services in the insurance domain.

Problem statement

The organisation has a driven sales team where they initiate communication with the leads to sell their products and services. On a daily basis, they have at least a hundred leads coming through to them. Directing and consolidating the right leads requires the right staff. This has been an ongoing challenge for the client.


As usual, SignOn studied their business undertakings and analysed the issues that were persisting. SignOn came up with the following solutions for them:

  • Improved sales efficiency with lead scoring and skill-based lead routing. The more skilled sales personnel was assigned to the leads that were highly close to converting
